Thank you again for presenting.  Yes, we have great speakers and can anticipate some delicious meals, but YOU are the heart of this conference.

Here's some information you'll need to know.

The entire facility is wireless.

All rooms have either a screen or another suitable surface.

Presenters need to bring their own projectors.  This sounds like a burden, but it seems to work out, due to the good will and sharing of groups.  

Adequate electricity access and tables for handouts will be provided.

The Paul Bunyan rooms are equipped with laptop audio.  Presentations have been planned with that in mind, placing those who are most likely to need laptop audio in those rooms.  

We are not providing microphones for the sessions; both the set-up and the natural division of our participants will (we hope) not require microphones for breakout sessions.

Unfortunately, MCTE cannot pay for the meals and/or registration of presenters.  The costs are simply too high and presenters too many.  All presenters must still register and pay for the conference.
