We realize you don't need to know this any more, but it'll be helpful to us to keep the page for next year's planning...

How about some food?

Many are arriving on Thursday night.  Here are your options as provided by Cragun's:   Thursday Menu

The conference will open with a continental breakfast, to be enjoyed while you register.

We'll have a mid-morning snack.

Lunch will be Italian, with vegetarian options.

You're on your own for any necessary mid-afternoon snack, but we'll have appetizers and a cash bar during our board meeting at 4:30.

Dinner:  both steak and walleye (some of each on the same plate) with a vegetarian option.  

Breakfast:  after Coffee with Charon and the Common Core Standards at 7:30, a full breakfast will be served at 8:00.

Beverages will be available throughout the morning.

Lunch:  Soup, salad, and sandwich buffet will provide many options for all eaters!

MCTE shirts!

Yes, they'll be there!  In an atmosphere so focused on teacher performance, we figured we should outfit you with the latest MCTE performance wear short-sleeved shirt in both men's and women's styling.  Cost will be $15 (this is not a money-maker for our group, but covers most of our costs of the relatively small order.)   Here's a picture!  The text on the back says, "We sweat the small stuff."  Can anyone think of a more accurate statement about English teachers?  Purchase yours at the registration table.  If we run out, use the order form in your program, but all orders and payments must be received by the end of the conference.
